With its fenced garden, ideal for playing and relaxing, as well as its terrace equipped for your outdoor meals (furniture and barbecue), the exterior promises beautiful moments from the moment you arrive. On one level, the house opens onto a large living room adorned with beautiful white beams and a decorative fireplace, bringing an undeniable charm to the room. On one side, the dining room invites you to share good meals, while on the other, a large sofa and an armchair await you for moments of relaxation. The living room is equipped with a television, perfect for watching a good film or following sporting events. In the independent kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob to prepare good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make your life easier. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well. On the night side, the house offers 4 bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom, located in the outbuilding (requiring going outside the house to access it). The second and third bedrooms also have a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom, more intended for children, is equipped with a single mezzanine bed, thus freeing up a beautiful floor space for playing. You will also find a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double sink, as well as a separate toilet. For more comfort, a washing machine and a parking space are at your disposal. Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at: \- 350 m from the city centre and shops, \- 750 m from the sandy beach of La Bosse, \- 850 m from the sandy beach of La Cabane, \- 1 km from the restaurant "Le Cabanon", \- 2 km from the restaurant "Au P'tit Plaisir", \- 3 km from the supermarket "Super U" L'Epine is a charming village on the island of Noirmoutier, connected to Vendée by a bridge and a submersible road, the Gois. Shops, bakeries, bars, crêperie, and a small supermarket are gathered in the town centre. On this side of the island, it extends through a succession of sandy beaches and areas for shore fishing. This accommodation is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation for 7 people This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services. During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning. This furnished accommodation has Wi-Fi access. This location does not have access for people with reduced mobility.
