Access to the sea by a path at the foot of the house. Super-market, press, tobacco, restaurant and café 300 meters from the house in the village of Vieil (typical small village Noirmoutrin)
In the city of Noirmoutier, 10/15 minutes by bike: markets, harbor, supermarket, Aquarium, water park, cinema and other activities.
On the island, exploring the salt marshes and several smaller ports, cycling tours on many cycling.
In the house, on the ground floor lounge / dining room opening onto a terrace and garden. New furniture - Dining room equipped to receive 8 people. Lounge with 2 sofas, sofa bed 140, armchairs, flat screen TV. new kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sink; closets. Washing machine in the garage. Bathroom completely redone in 2014 with shower and sink. separate toilet. On the floor two rooms with cupboards, one with a bed of 140 and the other with a bed of 90 and a bed of 120. WIRELESS

Séjour à Le Vieil Noirmoutier en l'ile
Belle location bien située et bien équipée, accepte les animaux de compagnies, jardin fermé, proche mer et centre village à pied avec commerces, petit marché de produits régionaux le samedi soir, proche ville de Noirmoutier en voiture, navettes gratuites pour les déplacements. La brasserie le rétro est un lieu très sympa à découvrir et à ne pas manquer. Frais de dossiers ABRITEL trop élevés (10 % du prix du séjour) pour moi ce n’est pas au locataire de les payer car on paye déjà un loyer élevé pour la semaine.
Conclusion : belle location mais reste un peu cher même si elle est bien située et bien équipée. Cependant cela restera un bon souvenir car nous avons passé de belles vacances. Merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir permis de passer cet agréable séjour.

Sejour très appréciable
Location très bien située avec plage au bout du chemin, 7 min à pied du centre avec accès par la route ou par la plage ce qui est très agréable pour aller chercher son pain du matin au spar du centre ville. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut. La propriétaire tout comme la personne du gardiennage étaient fort sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Séjour agréable au bord de l'océan
Maison très bien placée pour explorer l'île à vélo, à 2 pas de la plage et très proche à pied du joli village du Viel.
Echange très agréable avec Olivia la propriétaire, un peu moins avec la conciergerie qui pourrait faire un effort dans ses communications mais qui a néanmoins fait son job.
Ensemble fonctionnel avec un garage et terrain clos très pratique pour vélo et chien.
Nous avons passé un sejour très agréable !

Super séjour
Maison bien située dans un quartier calme et très proche de la plage. Equipement complet avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.
Le jardin bien clos était parfait pour nos deux labradors.
Nous avons apprécié le garage pour y ranger les vélos électriques que nous avons loués. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la maison d'Olivia.
