I think going $18 pp is a bit steep and if you don't get to swim it's even more disappointing. We decided not to waste money here. Perhaps to see a waterfall Mistico is a better choice. Perhaps spend the cash on a hot springs resort entrance and enjoy the view of the volcano while taking a dip in the hot pools

This waterfall is breathtaking, but it is impossible for anyone with limited mobility. It is a very steep climb down and then back up about 5-600. Very strenuous, not many senior citizens took the walk. Rocks at the base of the waterfall are incredibly slippery and not easy to navigate, even with a teenager. But soooo worth it if you can endure some physicality. Restaurant at the top of the stairs serves a fantastic lunch menu.
