"Great host!House was very clean. Plenty of towels and nice bedding. The BBQ grill had plenty of propane and worked like a champ! We had guests visit during our stay and the living and dining arwas were very comfortable for the 5 of us.Pet friendly with a big secure back yard.Beautiful decor. It's in Ranchos, so it's kind of out of the way, but not far from town. The tranquility makes up for any so called convenient location.I'd book it again if I went back!Thanks!"

"Cute, well-run village of vintage trailers. Bathrooms in trailers themselves aren't always the best--our toilet was literally in the tiny, cramped shower--but there's a separate building with nice bathrooms and showers. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. Nice amenities (free coffee and cocoa, trolleys for moving your stuff from the parking lot to your camper, a shop in the lobby with snacks for sale, fire pits with wood for sale), beautiful view. "

"The tiny home was nice. We were on a fishing trip. The location was about 45 minutes from costilla creek. The location seemed same and the property was clean. The hosts did an excellent job communicating. Will stay again when we are in the area."

"The Dobson house way exceeded our expectations. The home itself is the perfect marriage of artistry and engineering. It's an educational experience to see how well people can live off the grid.Super deluxe! The property is a bit remote and our jeep worked really well to get us there.We hiked down to the gorge and soaked in the mineral Springs.How wonderful! I just can't say enough good things. Brenda our host and her sweet dog Ruby were so good to us! We will definitely be staying there again.Hopefully! "

"Room was clean and comfortable. AC/heat great. Bathroom updated and nice. Owners very responsive. All done through phone call and text. Easy and flexible checkin and out, no waiting in line at a desk and meeting office hours. Cafe is quaint and provides great coffee. Can order meals ahead to be served. Only had time for morning coffee but it was hot, ready as advertised and delicious. Grounds safe and beautiful."

"We had been a bit worried about this stay because of some negative reviews online. But it turned out that we were pleased with the spacious accommodation and also pleased with the quality of food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Not gourmet food, certainly, but absolutely fine and surely better than average. Our only complaint was that our room had the highest bed we have ever experienced. It took almost a vault to land there. Two little footstools to aid in entrance & exit from such a high bed seem like a little worthy investment for future guests."

"Fantastic property. Quiet yet close to so many things to explore and do. The house is exactly as described. It has the best mattresses we ever had in a vacation property. The kitchen is so well equipped. We loved to sit on the balcony off the top floor bedroom and watch the world go by. The host is extremely nice. So quick in responding to any question and very helpful. "
