“4 star aesthetic with a 2 star delivery. This place is a disaster. We arrived and the reception office was closed. At 6pm. We get to the room and the AC doesn’t work. They send over an engineer who attempts to fix it and the repair lasts 15 minutes. There is not a single operable window in the entire suite so it was 80 degrees all night. Then we try to take a bath. Jets don’t work. We were offered lots of apologies. Nothing else. No further attempt at repair. The next morning, they ran out of……

“Rooms are excellent- clean, comfortable with a small adobe fireplace/gas lit which is very cozy. Breakfast was delicious. There is a communal refrigerator that we used to keep our wine cold. Short trip to the main area with restaurants, art stores, etc. Eight minute drive to Taos Pueblo and 18 minute drive to Rio Grand Gorge bridge. We would definitely stay here again!”
