“The room was nice and comfortable and was in a very nice neighborhood. The hosts were accommodating. I much enjoyed my stay.”

“I messaged the host immediately after I made this reservation because I needed to clarify something. They never responded. In fact they never communicated at all. Once I got there, the gate was broken, the shower drain was clogged, siding on the house was falling off, and the floor were buckled in multiple spots. For a short term rental none of these problems individually were terrible, but together with the unresponsive host made this stay pretty bad. I would not stay here again. ”
