The kitchen with a living room with satellite TV is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and a saucepan. In the bathroom there is a shower with a cabin, and in the yard there is a common barbecue area. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea, the islands of Cres, Losinj and Unije and the old town of Labin. There is a hair dryer, iron, free Wi-Fi internet access and parking, as well as air conditioning for an additional fee. Frau Lisica ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, genau wie beschrieben. Die Klimaanalage war ein Segen in der sommerlichen Wärme und absolut ihr Geld wert. Lå flot på toppen af Rabac med skøn udsigt fra fin altan..Ejer ked af bourgonvilla gået ud men ikke os da den ville tage al udsigten ... Kun lige det mest nødvendige i køkkenet ingen vinglas😉Vi købte så to og lod dem stå til ejer- måske der er flere i skabet til nye lejere😂 Der var også fin grill som vi også brugte da vi mest er til at spise hjemme- især med den fantastiske udsigt. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus, von Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick zu Hafen und Meer. Direkt ums Haus führt eine Treppenweg nach unten zu Hafen, relativ steil, aber in Schatten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.
