"Nice roof top bar. Food was awful. Dont stay on the 7th Floor since you hear all the noise on the 8th floor - dragging of chairs, blender etc. I probably would stay somewhere else next time and just visit the rooftop bar for a drink. "

"Tiara Labuan Hotel is the premier resort to stay at on Labuan. The entire property is gorgeous with a variety of gardens and restaurants. You are a 10 minute walk away from town or the Labuan War Cemetery, and just across the road is the peaceful Tiara Beach. I couldn't recommend this resort enough and can't wait to come back."

"Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan.
Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good.
Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases.
Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now.
Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work . "

"Stayed through an extended weekend and rested well each night.
The linens were clean, though a bit rough. The a/c worked well. The bathroom had a shower stall, toilet and sink. Water pressure was good. And because the a/c worked well, it was nice to have hot showers.
There is a big bam sound when power turns on when room key is inserted. It is a rather disconcerting, and takes some getting used to.

"The garden view not a garden just back of the resort. But I love the bathtub"

"While the hotel is already run down, house keeping services were good to compliment our stay. The smell of the room was damp as if it was not occupied by customer quite a while. I had to spray some air freshener before I could breath comfortably.
Breakfast spread could be much better with more variety of food to keep up with the 'resort' standard."

"The Aifa always delivers when it comes to value for money, comfort and quality. The only negative is that the breakfast is actually awful. Such a shame, but it really is that bad. The only thing that looks remotely appetising in is the plastic displays of food!!!!"

When other guests are loud in the hallway, their voices come through clearly, but most people were courteous.
The public share spaces were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The lobby has comfy seats. There is a long table to take tea and the kitchen has many beautiful cups and mugs along with powdered tea and coffee and couple of lite snacks.
Location is super convenient. Very walkable to many places to eat and shop.
Would definitely stay again. "
