"The hotel was beautiful. I didn’t realize they had two buildings so there was a pool in each building. They had a good happy hour. The bar is rather small though. The only complaint I have is the room that we were in the air conditioner would not stay on. I could not make it like a meat locker lol the way I like. It would turn off on its own, but the management was gracious enough to give us our parking fee back, so I was very appreciative. I would stay there again. we had the little deluxe suite so w a nice little leather couch and a king bed."

"Main elevator was down, not an issue for me but could have been for someone. Didn’t pay attention to shuttle hours and my flight was too early, so that sucked but was on me - just something to call out. Not a large selection of goods to choose from if you want something from the store downstairs. And no alcohol, but there is a bar at Embassy Suites next door."

"The check-in process started a little bumpy, but I think it was due to an individual employee named Catrina. She was very unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. However, everyone else was amazing and made up for her bad attitude. We enjoyed ourselves."

"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."
