A beautiful hotel in the old town. The rooms are immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The property was really unique, it was beautifully decorated. The room was amazing with an incredible view of El Panecillo, the staff were very kind, and the breakfast was really good. Cons: We were the only ones staying at the hotel for four nights, it was a little odd. Staff didn't have any local restaurant recs other than the very touristy options (handed us a promo flyer when we asked). The staff were not bilingual as it says in the hotel info, and this caused a lot of confusion particularly with our bill at the end. Lastly, this area is unsafe in the evening, can't walk around at night.
