“The Owner was the sweetest! So friendly and so kind. Mostly spoke Spanish but was able to communicate in English as well. Breakfast was included and was fresh and delicious. The rooms were adorable and thoughtful. The area around the property felt safe and quiet and was walkable to the Mercado and coffee shops. ”

“The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”

“Very good value- we felt safe and we had an incredible view of mountains but it was looking over a busy street- the breakfast had fresh fruit and good eggs and rice. Nice to have a gym and a pool table. ”

“We completely enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Quito. Friendly and helpful staff. Very safe, convenient and quiet hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food was amazing. We loved everything and ended up staying longer than planned. ”

“The rooms were huge! The staff was super nice and helpful and when we had problem with our room, we were offered a new one without asking. The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area. The breakfast was pretty good too! Even though I would love more cheese variation. All in all great hotel would definitely book it again! ”
