“This was a great place to stay as a stop over, very clean with good amenities. The use of a kitchen area , fridge and lounge area was really great. We only had a drink in the bar but there is the option to eat. It is near the road but little road noise and not too noise from the pub . There is a shared bathroom but as we were the only ones staying we had sole use. Methven is a nice town , hot pools are lovely . Would definitely stay again ”

People dropping things and talking was easily heard. The worse thing was banging doors when guest went in and out. One guest put an object in door entrance to keep door from closing and chatted on mobile ph. It was very noisy when guests opened or closed bedroom doors and lodge entrance doors. ...

“We were lucky enough to book this place last minute and so glad we did - it was amazing. Friendly hosts who provided a wonderful welcome basket of milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, crisps granola and bread which was a really thoughtful touch.
