"They do charge a pet fee per night and you have to walk your dog to an area off the side of the property. The pool was very nice though. The rooms were clean and spacious. The evening and night shift staff were amazing. The breakfast is basic but good. It ended at 9 so if you like to sleep in you miss it though. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay again. "

"Enjoyed spending the week with my grown kids and my partners, visiting my oldest that lives in the area. This was a great location to be able to explore Waco and the surrounding towns. Nice proximity to the walking path at the airport. Not quite warm enough for us to swim but we loved soaking in the spa."

"We did a last minute booking for our 14U Nationals basketball tournament down in Franklin, Tx. The memories that were made with these kids will last forever. From the moment the gate open to the Ranch for our arrival until the time is close behind us on our departure was an experience within itself. The constant laughter with everyone made the experience amazing. Many of these young kids had never fished a day in their lives. By the end of the trip they were petting baby pigs, baby goats, horses & cows. I would rate this place 10 and I'm sure we will be back again. Zane and Kristi were fantastic host and made sure we had everything needed."
