I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. "Good small hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location in heart of Recoleta with good cafés & restaurants only a few steps away. Rooms are large with all facilities but a little austere, fine if you ’re going to be out sightseeing, I only noticed because I was in the room working. My room was a bit noisy, probably because I was on the second floor facing the street so street noise woke me early. Lovely sunny pool area & small pool on 11th floor."
