Staff kind and courteous. Free parking on site. Single occupancy room (309) for 2 nights, no balcony (although most other rooms did have balcony). Good Ger/Eng menu.Top floor room became a bit stuffy, with opening window as only temp cooling control. I chose this hotel over the more pricey ones in Fussen for my booked visit to Schloss Neuschwanstein, with about 14 mile (35 mins) drive to the Car Park area.

The room had everything you needed, and was kept clean and refreshed every day by the staff. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the checking-in/checking-out was simple. The apartment is situated in a good location, making access to the airport or town centre very easy and quick. I would definitely stay over here again. Thank you so much!

The room smelt very strongly of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The carpet was stained and dated, the sink cracked, the glass shelf in the bathroom held up with folded paper and black mould on the bottom of the bath mat. The check-in was also quite complicated and there were no programmable room cards available. I couldn’t get access to the property at first because I had no 5G/wifi. Having everything automated is great but what about when people have no connection? Luckily someone let me in to the foyer and I was able to get onto the WiFi and get it sorted. On the plus side, really quiet, comfortable bed and the bus stop to Innsbruck is outside the hotel, 15 mins to the city. Think the price is way too high for what’s on offer!

Breakfast was nice but expensive. Hallways dirty and cluttered.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Seefeld. Spa facilities are excellent. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful but especially Eva who served us and reception staff Alexander who gave us great advise on where to go walking. Thank you for an amazing staf
