“This was my first stay at Comfort Suites at Kelowna. Was impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also sufficient for most people's need as observed and staff constantly clearing garbage. Rooms were execellent and clean. Due to the hot weather ice was at a premium with lobby machine broken and third floor machine also not working the first day. Eventually we managed to get ice . Overall a very pleasant stay and to be recommended”

“The property is beautiful old vintage charm clean well kept. On a hot July month of 34-36C of outdoor activities, I was looking forward to bathe sleep refreshed. But the bedroom is maintained with a portable AC not enough to keep the room cool. I asked for an electric fan, the owner agreed to provide me but never did. We had to cut short the stay and booked with another hotel. If it wasn’t summer it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you always.”

“Beautiful view, spotlessly clean, small, but very efficient and the communication with Leanne, the hostess, was excellent. The only issue was we were expecting a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom complete property, which is what was advertised on Expedia. Turns out that was a mistake on Expedia's part - only one bathroom and the 2nd bedroom is really the living room. But it's perfect for a couple! I would definitely book again, but just be aware of that discrepancy.”
