“Nice hotel”

“I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner……

“Buenas las instalaciones. Pero no está bien insonorizado. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el freeway cercano. No tienen seguridad y no había quien pidiera silencio a muchachos a medianoche. Lo demás muy bien. Ventanas que no dejen pasar sonido son importantes. Ojalá renueven. Y seguridad para reforzar tranquilidad a los huéspedes es muy importante.”

“Nice place to stay. Shuttle driver Travis is very friendly. Front desk is good. Shuttle from 7am to 11pm is really helpful. ”

“The room and staff were excellent. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor that offers basic fair and full bar. View is beautiful from this part of the hotel. Setup is a little odd for the property. Check-in is on the 4th floor (top floor). The elevator in the entrance only goes to the 4th floor. Unfortunately the other elevator that stops at the 2nd and 3rd floors did not work. We had to take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk down stairs to……
