“The front of house staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us a very nice room checked in 2 hours early. The hotel is new and modern, we had a small leak in our bathroom which was reported but could not be fixed. Breakfast was quite basic for the price of this hotel, especially the choice of meats and cheeses which are greater elsewhere. When we booked it looked like the hotel had a restaurant and spa. However, these are by discounted arrangements with other providers which was a small……

“Where I will be staying again if I’m in predore again, it’s really close to the pier and bus stop. The food is really nice and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is clean and with air-conditioning. Had a great time staying in here.”

“The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend”

“- Competitive price with free street parking until 9am - Breakfast is good with fair food choices - Room is big and renovated, yet the bedroom is old (window broken and taped) and without AC (which is misleading info and complaint raised to Expedia) Overall is okay.”
