The house was perfect for a combined bach weekend, the guys golfed at the local golf course and the girls enjoyed a winery each night we came back and played some of the many games the house has to offer and enjoyed the hot tub.

Home is exactly as pictured. Exceeded expectations…young teens in our group had a blast in the game room! Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen. We had 17 people and never felt crowded. Would definitely rent again. Great communication with awesome host! A

Extended family reunion

Our family consisted of 18 people including grandparents, parents and children. Very spacious house conveniently laid out so people could be together but playing games, talking our cooking and still communicate. Beds were very nice.

Girls Weekend

Great house and tons of room for our annual girls weekend! There were plenty of chairs for time outside. The kitchen was stocked with enough supplies for everyone. We had more than enough beds. The game rooms were a bonus!!

Great spot for some away time in the Poconos

My Family of 16 visited for a weekend of tubing and time with family. The house was great for all 16 of us. They was plenty of room and the game room was well used, especially when playstation decided to go down for maintenance. The owner was great and very responsive. Hopefully we will be able to make this a yearly visit.

Golf getaway

We have stayed a few times at this house and it’s always clean and plenty of room. Lots of games and a full kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay

Great place for a family trip

Many things to do for all ages. The host was very attentive to our needs. Multiple floors for privacy, but also a fantastic main area for eating and gathering. A great weekend for our family.

Great house

We had a very nice stay, the only thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels if you use the linen service because they were not very generous on number and size of towels.

Enjoyed the two game rooms & hot tub. Lots of deer to watch from the back deck or front porch. Fully stocked plates, utensils, mugs for 15 people was nice. Enjoyed many campfires, deer often came by when we were outside.

Great house for a big group

The house was great for myself and about a dozen friends. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us, and plenty of activities to do both in the house and in the area. The home was in a great area, we utilized the local lake. Our hosts were easy to contact, and very helpful with any question. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone.

Girls long weekend

A beautiful home in gorgeous lake harmony. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub wasn’t as inviting as we’d hoped but Karly did her best to make it suitable and we are thankful for her attentiveness.

Great House

My friends and I wanted to get away for a low key weekend and this place was great. Very spacious, beds were comfy, the game rooms were great! Our first night we used the fire pit and hung out which was really nice. The second day, it rained all day but we had no problem occupying ourselves. We were disappointed because the hot tub wasn’t working and that was one of the main things we booked the house for; but the owners were very upfront about the problem and compensated us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would def go back!

Beautiful home!

The house was absolutely beautiful! Went for a friends reunion weekend. There was 14 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to hangout, play games and sleep. Everyone loved the house and property! The amenities at the house kept everyone occupied when it rained. Not to mention the hot tub was a bonus! The location to the beach made for a great walk..The only complaint anyone had was that their beds were hard, but other than that the house was AWESOME! Would absolutely rent this house again in a heartbeat! The host was great with communication. Any time I had a question she was quick to respond and helpful!

Amazing getaway

Property was amazing. Plenty of room for 20 people. 2 separate game areas. Kitchen had everything needed. Large bedrooms. Lake was amazing. The kids and adults love the floating dock. We brought a lot of beach games, and chairs. Can even purchase beach toys on beach. So much to do in the area. We hiked ricketts glen and hawks falls. We also we to big boulder state park for our family wiffle ball game. Lots of nights in hot tub and by fire pit. Great neighborhood. Would absolutely go back next year. Hopefully can stay longer next visit. Thank you Karley for all your help . This was a first for me renting and it was wonderful.

A women’s Retreat

Experience was overall OK. But the property should’ve been maintained better , was not as clean as it should’ve been . Steps were covered in snow. One guest fell. One guest had to shovel the walkways. Called to discuss the issues with the owner who made excuses for everything. Lovely home but cost too much money to rent without being properly prepared for guest .

Spring Escape

Two families, 4 adults and a total of 6 children ranging from 3yrs. to 16 had plenty of room to spread out and remain thoroughly entertained for our 3 evening stay in this spacious chalet. The house has been well loved, meaning dining room chairs and table have some character. Also, serious gamers bring your own pool sticks and darts. Shuffle board table is legit and the air hockey table as well. The hot tub was a lovely retreat in the early morning or quiet lulls in the day. When we did venture out, we ate at Nick’s Lake House; on the water, which was a mile down the road. We took a ride to Jim Thorpe to check out the town, train station and Harry Potter Themed Coffee Shop. Another day we jumped from rock to rock at Boulder Field. and treated the kiddos to H20 Water Park at Split Rock which was only a 5 minute drive but the check-in was a nightmare so I’d recommend arriving a little later (4:30/5) for the 4-8 reduced rate tickets. Don, the owner was great; super responsive and an overall great communicator. We’d love to go back some day!

Good location.

This house had an ideal location and the home was very spacious. Don was very easy to work. Unfortunately, the cleaning service did an awful job. The floors were sticky with drink marks and spills on them. The windows were covered in drip marks and cob webs. We were told the home was deep cleaned but that was not true. We didnt use any utensils or dishes, they all looked dirty. The comforters on the beds need to be cleaned. The walls along starcase were dirty as though something was spilled/splattered/spit as well as master bathroom. One day 3 of our stay we finally got the HDMI cords delvered for the TVS to work & the pingpong & foosballs. The driveway was a sheet of ice which was taken care of on our second day. Needless, to say we ended up leaving early. Again, Don was great and apologic and his maintance person was helpful. The home needs a new cleaning service!!

Graduation Celebration

My family had a great time celebrating my daughter's graduation. She enjoyed hanging out and playing games with family. We loved the proximity to the lake. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking turns in the canoe.

Father’s Day weekend

Well the weather didn’t cooperate. Rain the whole time! Still got some fishing in and a little exploring. Even got the canoe out for a bit when the rain let up for an hour or two. But the house kept all of us entertained. Playing pool and darts upstairs. While some played air hockey and ping pong. The hot tub was nice as well. Overall a good family weekend to celebrate our 92 year old Dad on Father’s Day!
