Stay at this newly updated Lake Ozark Waterfront Condo just minutes from popular Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam shopping, restaurants and entertainment. This SummerHaven Condominium is located by water on the 3 mile marker from Bagnell Dam. Drive 5 minutes to Bagnell Dam Blvd restaurants and shopping and about 10 minutes to Osage Beach shopping, restaurants and entertainment. You and your family can enjoy water-front views and sunsets from the Covered Deck. Relax and grill-in on the Deck with patio furniture, buffet bar and 4 burner gas grill with side burner. The Kitchen has all the amenities of home with a side by side refrigerator-ice and water in the door and electric double oven stove and microwave. The Living Room has a couch and love seat for comfy tv watching, NEW 55 IN. Flatscreen HDTV, ROKU, DVD Blu-Ray player, stereo and CD player. Dining area has seating for 6. Ceiling Fans are in bedrooms, living room and on the deck. Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a euro-pillowtop mattress. The Guest Bedroom has 2 queen-size mattresses. Living room 55"TV has Charter Spectrum cable and DVD blueray player and roku will turn TV into a Smart TV. TV 's in bedrooms have roku smart TV for streaming Spectrum and Netflix watching if you have a Netflix account.

Our cove is great for water skiiing, jet skiiing, fishing and swimming. Also, the crystal clear saltwater pool is just steps away from the condo for children and adults to enjoy. Relax poolside on the many loungers to build on your tan.

FANTABULOUS!
This property is by far one of the BEST places my family & I have stayed for vacation. The host was extremely pleasant and thorough with all necessary information needed for a phenomenal stay. We stayed for 1 full week and had everything provided so we wanted for nothing. VERY clean and easy to access. We will most definitely return on vacation next year and seek out this exact same amazing condo for our stay. Thanks Karen!

Karen’s place is cutely decorated and makes you feel like you’re vacationing at a tropical paradise. Big ‘margaritaville-themed’ porch with awesome lake view. Perfect location to the pool! Karen made sure we had no issues upon arrival.

Beautiful condo and great location!
Karen was extremely helpful and easy to work with! The condo is a perfect place to begin each day on the lake! The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! We had enough space for our family! I would definitely recommend this location for your trip to Ozarks! The cove is quite and my children enjoyed catching tons of fish of the dock! The pool is a short distance from the condo and was very clean and fun for our family! We will definitely be back to visit the Ozarks and we would highly recommend staying at this property!

Bachelorette Weekend!
This place is cute and comforting! We had a beautiful sunset view. We spent the weekend here for a bachelorette party of 8 girls total. The night out places we went to were about 10-15 min away! Lazy Gators was only 12 minutes away and thats where we got picked up in a shuttle to Coconuts. The owner is super sweet and she made sure check in and check out was an easy process! I will definitely be back! (: Thank you!!!

Condo had everything we needed including games, extra blankets and plenty of kitchen stuff. Outdoor seating was nice and comfortable. Karen was so nice to work with and made sure we didn’t have any issues or questions. She even offered us a early/late check in/out because it worked with the housekeeping schedule.

Nice lake front condo with all the amenities. Property sits in a no wake zone cove with a boat slip (owner lined up for us) just steps away from the condo. On site ramp and dedicated trailer parking area. Owner is super helpful if you need anything at all. Highly recommend. Will stay again for sure!
