“We rented another apartment weeks earlier and wanted to stay for 2 days on our way back to Canada but it was booked. Fulvio recommended a different apartment he had available which was as good as the first and allowed us to stay in the same building we were already comfortable with. Gerardo the front office man was so helpful and friendly, he deserves recognition too. ”

“The room is really beautiful with a balcony, and the bed was so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and offer lots of help despite my language barrier. The amenities are fantastic, we loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. They also have laundry facilities that you can pay a few dollars to use, which are great for long stays. The hotel is located close to one of the nicest mall in Santiago, so shopping is very convenient. The hotel has elevators, so I’m not quite sure why the listing mentioned……
