"Great house for a nice getaway. Plenty to do onsite to keep you occupied. Fantastic outdoor patio area with woods behind the house. 2-person jacuzzi tub was fantastic too. Beds were comfortable, and house was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. Plenty of seasoned firewood for inddor and outdoor use.Had a very minor hiccup with check-in, which was not the owners fault. "My family rented the King Estate Manor for a long weekend and found it to be a perfect spot for meeting up, breaking bread and getting a good night’s rest in between the busy-ness of wedding festivities. The home is definitely “rustic” but very clean and comfortable. "Booked on a whim to get away for a couple nights along the Mississippi and this seemed like the right fit. We weren't looking for anything extreme, just something comfortable and near the water. This certainly checked the boxes! The host was wonderful and very accommodating to allow us to bring our pup along for the fun. Close to some great wineries and breweries.
