“Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”

“They only have 3 types of donuts for breakfast. No decaf coffee for those of us that have heart issues. They do have some decaf in room. None at breakfast. Not what i expected after paying $158 a night.”

“Front desk was closed when we arrived. We called the phone # left on a sign for guest that were locked out of their room but no answer. I called the next day and the female that answered the phone was rude and extremely condescending.”

“The gentleman at the front desk with the beard is fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and he is one of the most respectful and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in the service industry. He single handedly has caused me to repeat business at this hotel and I will continue to do so as long as he is employed.”

“I needed an overnight stay on a trip from Georgia to Minnesota. This place seemed quaint, and it is. The grounds are very nice and well kept. There is a cute gift shop and a restaurant on site. The room however...was pretty archaic. Rustic and cabin like, but if you are looking for hot water, a place to plug in a device, forget it. I had to plug the coffee pot in on the floor to use it. No outlets located conveniently. The worst of it was when we pulled the trundle bed out and found a chewed……

“This property is in need of a face lift. The toilets are very low to ground, equivalent to a 3rd graders public school height. Carpets are ripped, dirty. The complementary breakfast consists of 2 kinds of cereal, two kinds of bread, Miss Debbie (or equivalent) wrapped pastry, coffee and apple juice. The nightly room charge does not seem to equate to the conditions.”

“The property was clean, the room was clean and well supplied with towels, soap. It looked like it had daily maid service. The hallways, stairs smelled like disinfectant and the door to the 3rd floor (where I was staying) didn't have a door knob but was replaced with a screwed in handle. When I checked in, the day attendent said that I had booked a handicapped room and helped me change over to a regular room, which was helpful. I had booked the room on Expedia so no $ charge adjustment was……
