Ideal for two couples or a small family, the property is pet friendly, with endless canine-compatible adventures nearby. Special features, including underfloor heating, an immaculately styled kitchen and bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, are all here to elevate your stay. Step into the open-plan living space, where the lounge, kitchen, and dining area sit beside double-aspect, floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views and plenty of natural light. Throw open the bi-fold doors while dining or unwinding, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor living space perfect for sunny days. The sunken hot tub, sauna, outdoor furniture, and BBQ are also available to enhance your outdoor experience. Back inside, move through the hallway to find two bedrooms: one king-size zip and link (which can be made up as two 2'6" singles on request) and super king-size. While the master bedroom boasts its own en-suite, the other bedroom has sole use of the family bathroom, providing privacy for all. There is off-road parking for two cars, additional parking on-site. Perched on the fringes of Yorkshire and Lancashire, this property is ideally positioned for all kinds of rural adventures. Start your excursion in Settle (4 miles), the quintessential Dales market town with historic shops, pubs, and plenty of walking routes. The River Ribble flows through the town, and you can follow its path up to Stainforth Force (6 miles) while admiring the stunning view of Pen-y-ghent (10 miles). Also nearby is Ingleton (7 miles), a charming town nestled at the foothills of Ingleborough (4 miles), with wonderful caves and waterfalls to explore.
