Parking was safe. Staff were pleasant and hotel very clean. The one complaint I have is that I took my 5 year old granddaughter for her weekend birthday, to swim in the pool. The pool water was ice cold and after 15 minutes of “dipping in on the pool steps” my granddaughter had blue lips and had to get out.

Sheets looked like they haven't been washed , the door kept getting stuck . It seems like the top hinges was bent cause it was difficult to open and close , the pool was freezing cold and upon asking about the heater that's when they would notify you that is was broken instead of notifying at check in. I can honestly say as many hotels i have stayed in this one would not be in my to 3 to ever go again to.

We had two rooms next to each other, and for our party that was idea. Unfortunately, the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while. When I reported it to the front desk, someone was right there to address it and cleaned the floors. Breakfast was ok.

Nothing really nearby, room was ok. We were awoken at 1 AM to someone pulling the fire alarm and per the staff tbis type of stuff happens regularly.
