"Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. It was an excellent experience, the entire house was clean, including all furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen and utensils. All appliances worked perfectly including the air conditioner. There was ample toiletries and supplies for our stay. The grill and wood burning fire pit was a nice surprise as I hadn’t remember reading that on the listing. "Mostly renovated older home with good furnishings and plenty of space. House was clean and about what I expected based on the photos. It's across the street from the lake, but there's a water treatment plant there on the shore, so look up if you want a better view. Note that garage is not accessible, and several stairs are required to get up to the house. Also, there were some water pressure issues when we tried to use more than one thing (like washing machine plus shower) at a time, but we...

"We've stayed here before and we love the location close to the lakeside park and walking trail that's super handy with the doggo! The house was clean, beds are comfortable. Kitchen has basic necessities which was all we needed. Glad they had a dehumidifier as it was very hot and humid when we were there!"

"Place has a cozy and open floor plan. Located inside a neighborhood in close proximity to the neighbors. The driveway actually feeds into a gravel road with one neighboring house, like a shared space so definitely a low traffic rental. The house was very accommodating: pots, pans, slow cooker, k cups cream and sugar for the keurig! Even pens and markers in the drawer ! We enjoyed our stay."
