The staff was excellent! Room clean. The condition of the property is mediocre. The breafast was disappointing. We had our breakfast at the adjoining Denny's which was very good.

Clean and Safe. Rooms are a little small. Location is great, on the river, walkable to almost everything. Staff was great.

Nice rooms, staff unfriendly, no menus available to order out. Coffee available all day- great.

First of all, the 2 staffs I seen were very nice, but, my biggest complaints are the carpets! It was disgustingly dirty & had cigarettes burns on them. The shower head did not spray properly & the bath tub faucet was hanging there & knob was turning orange from mildew. Thank for the comfortable bed, but the mattress & box spring, they need cleaning.

We have been staying here for the past 10 years….twice each year. The staff, service and quality of the hotel, bar and restaurant are excellent. As we stay so often, we would like to ask that the hotel consider some perk for frequent guests.
