Smaller than expected but a great place, location and help. Laundry was a big plus.

The hotel was better than I had expected, for such a large property. The room was lovely, had a scandi vibe and quiet, due to the internal door separating the bedroom from the hallway. Facilities in the room were great too. Steamer, iron/ironing board etc. Breakfast was good, but the area was chaotic. It was so big and packed that the noise was quite overwhelming - I’d maybe go before 0800 for business and after 0930 for leisure, to avoid the chaos.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is a modern hotel with larger rooms than those found in the older hotels. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of our stuff. I especially like that we were a very short walk from Victoria Rail Station.

The images don’t represent this apartment. The apartment in reality appears to be like the one in the photos, but with true AI filter. Extensive use of gross polyester blankets were used to cover the gross furniture. This host ruined the first day of our trip with their deceitful tactics. This place was so below our standard and so far from what we expected, and was so gross that we desperately searched for alternative accommodations immediately after walking into the room, thankfully finding some availability at a nearby Marriott. The onsite person was kind enough, but completely unhelpful and gave me the number to a manager that I have attempted to contact via WhatsApp and through the Expedia messaging, all to no avail. 5 days later and I’m yet to hear from this scammer. I’m highly disappointed in Expedia for not having better vetting and very disappointed that Expedia has not clear way to remediate this. I’m reconsidering my Expedia use. I’m a Gold member and have extensive travel experience and I have never had such a terrible experience. Be very cautious with any of these apartment bookings, especially in London. Expedia is almost useless and apparently some of the people that rent out these apartments are not decent humans. Great societies are built on trust, these types of tactics erode trust. My advice: don’t chance it.

Property is conveniently located. Reception is fine and the staff also. I was disappointed with the location of the unit, I let the gentleman on reception know this. I did not want to be in the basement. Right outside the unit is the entrance to Harrod's car park. Opening hours 9.30-9.30pm. As you can imagine some engines are quite loud, so be prepared for the revs during these hours and conversations had between staff and customers. Bathroom could do with overhaul of taking out bath.
