"Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!"

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff. I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens! "The room is very small. One thing I never like is that one side of the double bed is against the wall so getting up in the middle of the night is really difficult for the person sleeping on that side. Also the bathroom is in the bedroom and is separated by frosted glass. So you can hear everything going on in there(!) The location was fantastic. Couldn't be better. Breakfast was good."

"Efficient check-in. Decent room (very clean) with well-designed interior. Free breakfast a real bonus and staff in the dining area very proficient in keeping the place clean. Front desk could be a little more welcoming when coming in/out. A ‘hello’ or ‘bye’ adds a lot."

"Beautiful old building and friendly welcome. Staff really helpful and room was spacious with lovely decor and a stunning view across the city and the valley. Peaceful location a mile out of the main centre of Bath, up a hill, but easily reached by regular bus service if arriving by train."

"The location was good. The picture showed is not what the building looks like and the rooms are not as described. The room was so small we could barely move around. It was too hot with only a small fan. No amenities at all. Not even a plate. Staff were pleasant enough but made no effort to make enhance our stay."
