Delightful 1 bedroom apartment with pool and sea view with large sun terrace.

This tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a secure complex & has a large sun terrace with table and chairs. It overlooks the pool and has sea views.

The spacious open/living area has fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, 2 hobs, kettle, toaster and a micro wave cooker. There is a sofa bed which can also accommodate an extra person. There is set of crockery and cutlery for 4 persons.

There is a flat screen TV with English TV BBC/ITV package together with a DVD/Radio.

The apartment has a WIFI connection for use by the guests.

The bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobe which incorporates a large safe for your valuables. There is a salana room leading off the bedroom which houses the washing and stores the ironing board and cleaning items.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, W/C. washbasin and houses a top loader washing machine.

The Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen is sited on the hill, the apartment is not ideal for wheel chair users or disabled as there is a gradient from the main gate to the apartment with distance of 200 metres. There is car parking area in front of the apartment.

There are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops within walking distance.

The bus stop to Arrecife , Playa Blanca and Airport is close by.

Great stay again!
Third time here and was lovely to be back. Apartment has everything that you need for your break. Nice and peaceful and plenty of room and beds around the pool. Any issues are sorted promptly by Linda from the property management company who is really friendly. The owner Phyllis is very proactive and helpful too and accommodated our daughter coming with us at very short notice without any issues. Thoroughly recommend this apartment as a place to stay whilst in Puerto del Carmen!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
The apartment had everything needed for our holiday. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The terrace had the sun all day and the pool area is well maintained. There was no problem with getting a sunbed. We will stay at this property again.

The best thing about this apartment is the all day sunny balcony, it is a real sun trap...the pool area was quiet with lots of sun beds and cleaned daily. A bottle of water and milk tea and coffee are provided on arrival which was much appreciated. Bed was very comfy. I would advise that if you have walking difficulties this apartment may not be for you unless you have a hire care as it is up a hill. It was a very peaceful Complex with a mixture of residential and holiday makers, ok so the car park is in front of you as seen on the photos but it’s not busy as it’s only small and we didn’t find it a problem. I feel that if there are more than two of you than be aware that the bathroom is through the bedroom which unless your with very close family this could be an issue. All in all we stayed nine nights and really enjoyed it .

We booked on the reviews of other people and the property was has good and if not better then made out to be we will look to return again ,i do think that telling people that the bus stop about 50 yards from the main gate if you get the number 3 bus and get off at Balcon dar mar and it around the corner this could save two people up to 40 euros on taxis and the 161 bus on return to airport .overall excellent

We've just returned from a very good month's stay at Loma Verde, the property is situated on a large complex which seems to consist of both residential and rental apartments. The complex is very quiet, with larger than average accommodation and has an excellent pool area with plenty of sunbed availability. Situated at the top end of the old town area of PDC makes it ideal for access to plenty of bars and restaurants, supermarket shopping is very good with a 10 min walk to SuperDino and a 15 min walk to LIDL, the very pretty small beach of Playa Chica is a pleasant 20 minute walk downhill and the nearby modern Puerto Calero marina is a great 45 min cliff walk away (catch the boat back). The apartment itself has a very large terrace which faces south and has the sun all day, with views over the pool and past the car parking towards the sea, cooking facilites are very good with a 2 ring hob, full oven and microwave, the crockery was OK but could do with a bit more 'ovenware' (just one roasting tray, no oven dishes), fine for a short stay but a bit limiting for a month. There is a h-fi system, DVD player, a TV which has an absolutely phenomenal choice of channels and brilliant wi-fi. The apartment overall is clean, has a comfortable bed, but is dated in part and could do with a little TLC, the internal doors are very tatty and could do with a coat of paint and the sofa would (again) be OK for a short stay but wasn't particularly comfy for a month, where you do spend quite a few nights in 'watching the telly'. The main problem we had during our stay was that the complex had an issue with water leaks that meant that the pressure wasn't sufficient to supply the shower with hot water, so for the first 3 weeks we had intermittent warm and cold spluttering showers, the last week was absolutely fine, so hopefully the problem is now resolved.

A lovely 1 bedroom apartment located at the top of Old Town
Had a lovely week. The apartment is well positioned with a short walk into the heart of Old Town. One minor irritant was the visiting cats when we left the door of the apartment open to get some air circulating. Property Managers were pleasant & dropped over extra towels and answered any of our questions. Perfect apartment for a couple

This apartment is close to the pool very clean and welcoming. Milk in the fridge and tea/coffee was a lovely touch. WiFi and tv worked perfect and plenty of books to read. Would highly recommend this apartment for a nice relaxing holiday.

Great apartment and location.
This is the second time to this apartment so we obviously like it! The apartment has all you could ever need for a holiday stay. We did need to ask for help with an appliance (I didn't know how to operate it!) and the very supportive and friendly couple who maintain the apartment attended within the hour. Brilliant! The only minor point - a few tiny ants in the kitchen. We used a spray and this eradicated them for a couple of days. The pool area is great, no towels on the loungers fiasco, no issues getting a sun bed at any time so happy days! We also like a walk so the hill down to the port and town is just what we enjoy. If anyone has mobility issues, this might be an issue but taxies are cheap! There are restaurants close by, as are a couple of mini-supermarkets. All in all, a great stay, thanks!

charming one bedroom apartment
We have had a wonderful time in your apartment! With the pool a few steps away for the morning swim. The help of Linda and Richard, who made us feel welcome and solved our problems with the drainage and washing machine. The apartment is nicely equipped, but we missed an oven dish. The only thing we did not like is the parking lot, which is too small for all the cars trying to turn around and is used as a storage for 2 cars. Being back in the cold and rain, we miss Lanzarote already! Herman and Anke

Being a relatively older construction, apartments are built with privacy in mind which is rare in new buildings as well as more space given. Good sea view from the terrace with sun nearly all day was the best though we were not so lucky with weather this January - half of our 3 weeks stay was overcast and even some proper rain!

Great large apartment
Very happy with this apartment. It’s the largest one bed apartment we’ve stayed in. Great location just on the outside of the old town. Only a 2/5 minute walk to supermarket,bars. And all the old town has to offer. The complex was quiet and we felt very safe. Could only recommend this apartment great communication keep us in the loop at all times even though she had personal problems. Only negative was the washing machine. Could do with an upgrade. We Would definitely go back to this apartment.

Nice apartment with pool view only downside quite a walk up hill from the main gate and even further from the harbour but not a problem for us , taxis are reasonably priced and the apartment was a good price for the Xmas period.

the property did not meet our standards , not very clean in places ie. grouting around the shower rather dirty , doors in need of repair and painting . We had to take our clothes out of the wardrobe and the drawers in the alcove because of a very musty odour , which you could smell throughout the apartment, we found it difficult to sleep as there were no windows to open for fresh air, one very dirty free standing fan which my husband did attempt to clean, was not sufficient for the temperatures we had ( not the owners fault.) The complex is in great need of a refurbishment broken pavements kerbs etc. but the pool area was lovely. The car parking gave us great entertainment watching the cars attempt to park because of three broken down cars etc. which were causing an obstruction. In all not the best choice for us so would not return. Sorry

Had a Great Week !
Between Harris and Linda, everything was arranged well in advance. All I had to do was follow the instructions for the entry system and I was in. The apartment was perfect. Just what I needed for a week in the sun. Linda had left tea and coffee, and there was milk and water in the fridge, so I didn't have to shop immediately. As I'm an older person, I'm not one for late nights out, so the TV was a godsend. I was very pleasantly surprised at how many channels there were...more than Sky and Freeview put together. Given that the old town is notoriously hilly, I had hired a car, which was a godsend as the walk up Calle Reina Sofia, and then from the main gate to the apartment was quite steep. Thankfully, it is a gated complex and I was able to drive all the way up to the apartment, and in fact, right outside the door. The pool and pool area was amazing. ..clean and pleasant, with plenty of sunbeds to go around. All in all it was a wonderful, relaxing week in a comfortable, private and very pleasant apartment. Thank you Harris and Linda. I'll be back for more very soon.

Excellent apartment!
My partner and I stayed here for 14 nights at the start of August 2018. It is a delightful apartment with everything that you could possibly want/ need for a 2 week getaway. It is clean and tidy and has great cooking amenities as well as entertainment, for those nights you just want to spend staying in! (wifi/cabletv/hifi/dvd) .Literally seconds from the fab swimming pool, there were always sunbeds free no matter what time of day. It is a 5 min walk to local bars restaurants in the old town, and about 20 mins down to the start of the main PDC "strip" with plenty of bars and restaurants down there too. On our final day, our flight was not until the evening. On request, Harris (the owner - who has been great right from the start) said that nobody was following us in straight away, and we could have the apartment for as long as we needed, with no extra charge! This gave us pretty much another full day in PDC without having to chaperone our suitcases around the resort! Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Carmen & Dan.
