“This hotel sits in beautiful downtown Laredo on the border of Mexico. Nice brick roads out front, valet parking is available. The hotel has 2 bars, 2 pools and 2 restaurants. It’s walking distance from the outlets and other shopping is available as well. The nightlife is very active in this area. This is my 4th time staying here and we just love this place.”

“Habitaciones con clima, buen espacio. Desayuno malo, solo una máquina de waffles para mucha gente, huevo instantáneo, salchicas que parecían de hule, pocas cosas. Poco estacionamiento para todos los huéspedes. Personal de recepción (dos chicas) de mal humor y respondiéndo a la defensiva sin resolver al cliente. Necesitan más capacitación sobre la atención en recepción. El hotel cobra caro para ese tipo de atenciones.”

“The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed. It really made a difference and added to the overall experience. The AC worked excellently, which was especially appreciated—it kept the room cool and comfortable the entire time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.”
