"Reception bar staff( 2 males)on arrival were friendly and helpful. The girl on checkout was a bit dismissive. The hotel was funky although some areas were dark and not so welcoming ( the lift lobby) felt like it was forgotten about. Overall great, clean tidy and a good vibe."

"We had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Glasgow. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the rooms were beautifully designed. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. " Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it. Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "

"First of all the staff at Crowne Plaza made are trip the best one ever experienced by us. The food is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ top notch, also the pool was small but great 😊 and we didn’t use it but the gym looks friendly and professional. Over all I absolutely recommend."
