Relax in the bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed with soft linens, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Air conditioning ensures comfort during warmer days, while natural light brightens the space for a cheerful start to your morning.  
  
Refresh in the modern bathroom, equipped with contemporary fixtures and all essentials for a comfortable stay.  
  
Step into living room provides a cozy spot to unwind, complete with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or movies. A functional dining area sits nearby, offering a welcoming space for meals.  
  
Cook with ease in the open, fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the tools a cooking enthusiast might need. Whether preparing breakfast or a light dinner, the kitchen combines practicality with style.  
  
Step outside to the balcony, featuring a small seating area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or soaking in the Mediterranean breeze. Additional convenience comes from a washer and free parking available on the premises.  
  
Explore Larnaca effortlessly from Johny’s central location. Finikoudes Beach is just a 2-minute walk, while Saint Lazarus Church and Kyriazis Medical Museum are reachable within 10–15 minutes on foot. The historic Medieval Castle sits about a 12-minute walk away. The area is also filled with cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it easy to experience the city like a local.  
  
Getting around is simple with nearby bus stops connecting you to most attractions and the airport. Bikes are also a convenient option for exploring the neighborhood.  
You’ll receive a Boarding Pass link after booking. Simply fill in your details under “Verify Me” to get access to check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local guides, and more.

Professional photoshoots, videography, or film productions are not permitted without prior written approval. \- While our listing features a smart TV, please note that it is not connected to satellite channels. However, feel free to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.  
  
\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:  
  
\* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.  
\* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.  
\* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.  
\* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
