This hotel simply isn’t ready to be open.
During our stay we experienced:
* Room flooding every time the shower was used due to poor drainage.
* Construction dust throughout the room.
* Air conditioning failed across the hotel for our entire first day.
* A major power cut.
* We had to move rooms twice because the door locks didn’t work properly. At one point we were even asked to leave our belongings in an unlocked room as they ‘weren’t sure which rooms had working doors and needed to check 1 by 1’. Imagine… A hotel room with no locks in Ibiza…
* The room was advertised with a TV, but there wasn’t one.
* The gym wasn’t open, and despite advertising multiple restaurants, only one was operating.
* Housekeeping attended our room only once in three nights despite repeated requests.
* No room phones, so everything had to go through WhatsApp, where responses were often extremely slow.
* Multiple incorrect items appeared on our restaurant bills.
*when you complain they get defensive and fail to acknowledge that none of the trouble going on in the hotel is at the fault of the customer.
Long story short, poorly operated property. Ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip to Ibiza.
The staff also realise it was a joke what was happening, they as frustrated as the guests, owners forced them open allegedly (according to them). The staff asked us to write bad (honest) reviews
