Beautiful, spacious, newly furnished 5 bedroom 5 bath (all suites). Approx. 4000 sq ft of luxury home! Full bed & bath on main level, wood floors, bar + lavish spa tub in primary bedroom. This property has a beautiful pergola and fantastic outdoor spaces to enjoy the desert sun!! It comes complete with several amenities for your use: kitchen supplies, heated pool /spa, outdoor furniture & 6 parking spots. Located in Sought after Green Valley, 15 min from the Las Vegas Strip & 10 min from airport.

This house has a primary bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. There are four more suites upstairs, all with en suite full bathrooms. Two suites also have pull out couches to allow for a total of 7 beds in the home. The suites feature king size remote controlled Sleep Number mattresses. An upstairs suite comes complete with a spa-like tub.

Fast wifi, smart tv's, full bar, games such as darts, bbq grill, fire pit, pool and spa, and pool accessories ensure that your entertainment needs will be met.

There is room to park 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway.

Guests will have private access to the entire house, pool, backyard, and garage.

This rental is the perfect place for large families, a group of friends, business travelers, and convention goers.

Only 15 minutes away from Convention Centers.

Guests that book will be required to sign a liability waiver for pool use.
Guests will also need to send a photo of government issued ID before they are given code access to the house.

Great for large groups!

We had a large group of 14 people, ages 8 to 72, and this house was great for everyone! It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the common areas inside and outside the house were spacious enough for everyone to gather together comfortably. The number of bedrooms and en suite bathrooms set this listing apart from others in the same price range and really made a difference. Sara, the owner, and Ruby, the house manager, were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
