"Great experience overall. Only issue I had was with the lady who checked me in. She wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed to have a bit of an attitude. She went to hand me something and I didn’t see it and she seemed to have an attitude about that. I understand she probably deals with difficult people all day but I wasn’t being difficult so the attitude wasn’t really necessary"

The Ac units were sketch moved rooms multiple times. old lcd t.v that didnt work after multiple times the matinace crew kept coming up to fix. they have a bar with an arrogant owner operator makes awful drinks extremely expensive just a bad experience for the price! Staff extremely rude and for anything that was brought to attention said its not a management complaint id have to bring it up with Expedia.... even tho i was a hotels.com guest. Def treated worse for not booking with them directly. They tried booking me into rooms that were already occupied switched rooms 4 times. as stated in pictures. wasted my night with this issues after long drive."

"The room was spotless, the check-in was smooth, and the woman at the front desk was great. The hotel is shady. Not their fault, just the guests that stay there. I definitely saw suspicious activity. I did not go out at night. I would stay again; it wasn't horrible. The only thing I would suggest is to power wash the walkways; they were gross. "
