“We love staying here and always do when in Susanville. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable. We do however miss the microwave and coffee maker in the room. I have a hard time walking and it’s a bit much to go down to the lobby for those items to use. We assumed it’s due to theft. I would like to suggest a library system for a coffee maker and microwave where a deposit is made to use them and returned upon checkout. Parking was accessible as we……

“Room was disgusting. Hairs in the shower, toilet and in the towels, stains on the covers, pillow cases and on the towels. The whole room was dirty. Did not feel comfortable sleeping on the bed”
