“Ein super schönes Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen doch mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem. Super nettes Personal das im sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr leckers Essen sowohl beim Buffet als auch in den Restaurants. Eine absolute Empfehlung das Smigo! Auch Tennis und Paddleanlage sowie die Pools sehr gepflegt. Würde direkt wieder hinreisen!”

“Die Hotelbezitzerin Mina war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Neben guten Tipps gab es immer kleine selbst gebackene Leckereien und frisches Gemüse. Die gesamte Hotelanlage und mein Balkon waren wunderschön und duftend bepflanzt. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon und der kleine Hausstrand, an dem es sich in wunderbar klarem Wasser schwimmen lässt.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern und lädt einfach zum Entspannen ein. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit. Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und immer aufmerksam. “The hotel is right on the promenade and the beach. We stayed 2 nights. The room is comfortable and clean,no noise and it's very calm. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem ,there is no lobby,all the space is turned into a restaurant. The breakfast is ok. Parking is on the street if you can find one. We enjoyed our time there.”

“Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools). Negatives as follows: Bar area poor, no adult vibe whatsoever with simple tables and hard chairs located next to the children’s play area which tends to be……

“Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff……

“Hôtel très bien situé avec de belles prestations, grande piscine... bel environnement, à deux pas de la plage avec transats. La présence FRAM gâche la tranquillité et le bar de l'hôtel est trop bruyant. Manque de parasols autour de la piscine. C'était beaucoup mieux les années précédentes.”
