Inside, the house boasts a fresh and contemporary-yet-cosy style, with recent updates to ensure your comfort. And for golf lovers, the property is just a 2-minute walk from the Launceston Golf Club! You\`ll find convenient on-street parking and a private gate at the front of the property, providing direct access to the charming rear garden. Step inside to a small hallway, perfect for storing boots and coats. The ground floor features an open-plan layout, with a beautifully refurbished slate floor spanning the well-equipped kitchen and lounge area. Get cosy in front of the log-burning stove and unwind after a day of exploring. The newly refurbished bathroom, complete with shower and bath facilities, can also be found on this level. Step out of the back door and onto a wonderful lawn and patio space, complete with a pergola for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Plenty of room for us all and nicely decorated. Negatives: parking was difficult (esp as this was out of season). It was cold and the cottage’s heating system was just not up to the job in the living room/kitchen/bathroom, so we were all sat in many layers of clothes. There was a working log burner, but no logs (which would have made all the difference). Plus the heating kept turning itself off at what seemed random times, so we had to keep turning back on again while we were at home.
