Welcome to our cottage in the foot Hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Completely renovated, brand new everything, appliances, bathroom, beds etc. Enjoy the huge wrap around porch and 2 1/2 acres to relax and unwind.
The country is calling! 10 mins. from Hanging Rock State Park. We live just up the road if need anything. You can reach us by text or phone. lock box on door, we will send access code before check in day. Enjoy.

Relaxing Weekend
We chose this area for how close it was to Hanging Rock. However, it rained very hard almost the whole time we were there. But the house was so comfortable that we really enjoyed just hanging out there. Very clean, with a lot of thoughtful details (spices, teas, coffee) and the sheets on the bed were so soft and amazing! The hosts were very easy to message and we always got a quick response. Would definitely go back!

Perfect
This was the perfect place for the Pilot Mountain to Hanging Rock race. Lots of outdoor sitting options to enjoy the fall weather. The inside was great, too…lots of time spent in the robes relaxing in the living room! Absolutely had everything we needed to relax and enjoy a beautiful long weekend

Anniversary Trip
The house is adorable! Very nice, clean and cozy! They have everything supplied that you could think of other than your own personal belongings and any groceries you may need for your visit. The host was very easy yo communicate with. My husband and I enjoyed spending a lot of time on the wrap around porch. There is Dollar General and Gas Station a few minutes down the road which is convenient as well. I would stay here again, whenever I chose to come back to the area.

The house was immaculate, inside and out. We have stayed in about 18 to 20 houses, and while there were good ones, this house surpasses all of them. Checking in was easy, checking out a dream. No need to strip beds and start laundry, always a hassle when you're trying to get out of the house in time. If you forget to bring something, more than likely it's in the house! All you need is food and drink and your clothes! Both Shelley and Dale were always a phone call or text away, with prompt responses. This house I would stay in again, it meets all our needs.

Guys Weekend Getaway
The cabin was beautiful and described accurately in the post. The host was very accommodating, welcoming and thoughtful. The renovations were exceptional, especially the bathrooms. Very clean, well stocked with towels, utensils, firewood, etc. We had a great time and would stay again.

Just Lovely!
What a lovely vacation house! The owner(s) definitely put alot of time, care and effort in presenting and maintaining the property. Well appointed and comfortable. Most of the time you find the photos present the property in a more favorable light than actuality. Not so I this instance! Perfect getaway for couples and girl's weekend. Smaller children probably not so much - my 10yo was slightly bored; but, the weather and our traveling companions did contribute some to that as well, I'm sure.
