“Well maintained old Victorian building with lovely staff who were more than happy to help with any requests or act on any feedback. Good views and use of gardens, amazing breakfast. Well located with easy walk into Peel and round the corner from hidden gem the Cathedral. ”

Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable and good range of food choices which were all very tasty. We didn’t use the breakfast room but it looked nice with plenty of tables available.We would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.”

“Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In unserem Bad ließ sich leider die Heizung nicht abstellen, deshalb mussten wir oft das Fenster öffnen und uns hat im Zimmer ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen gefehlt. Wir haben uns einen zweiten Stuhl bei der Rezeption bestellt und auch bekommen. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und Service zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.”

“We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. Only negatives were the apartment we rented was on the top floor (three flights of stairs) - no lift. So with heavy baggage it’s hard work but not a real problem for us. Bedroom is very small and……

“No complaints. Beds were very comfortable and warm, despite it being chilly in the evenings. Great location too for quarterbridge, bray hill and even the fan park if you’re happy to walk for a bit. ”

“The room needed some attention. The view of the bay was blocked by a blind that was broken. No staff seen except morning breakfast which was not exceptional in anyway. Loved the Isle of Man (beautiful island with great public transportation )but would choose a different accommodation next time.”
