Enjoy sunny days relaxing by the pool (unheated), open from mid-June to mid-September. A direct access to the beach, just a few steps away, will allow you to fully enjoy the sea. Vary activities and pleasures between salt water swimming and moments of relaxation by the freshwater, while indulging in sunbathing or beautiful walks to discover Le Croisic. Upon your arrival in the apartment, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Tassimo coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The door just next to it leads to the bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer. By crossing the small corridor, you will access the living area with the double bed (140/190), then a small lounge area with television and two armchairs. You can access the balcony through the bay window, where a table awaits you for your lunches, with an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and the sea in the distance. Located near the sea, the rental is located at: \- 10 m from the beach, the residence has direct access to St Goustan beach, \- 220 m from the theme park "Océarium du Croisic", \- 600 m from the restaurant "Le Lénigo", \- 900 m from the restaurant "La Flottille", \- 1 km from the restaurant "Le Bistrot de la Poissonnerie", \- 1 km from the town "city centre, port and shops", \- 2 km from the supermarket "Coccinelle", \- 2 km from the train station "Le Croisic", \- 2 km from the Golf domain "Bluegreen Le Croisic" and it is located in an ideal area for families zone and near the sea. To discover the secrets of the coastline, nothing beats the coastal path GR 34 or the hiking loop that passes through Castelli Point. More sportily, you can also do some rock-skimming in a sea kayak. Are you more into bike rides? The marked routes will take you along a wild coast towards Mesquer and its marshes, towards the port of La Turballe and the salt marshes of Guérande. It's an opportunity to savour a region where salt, fish, and seafood are in the spotlight! This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services. During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.
