Very nice!
We stayed there for two weeks and had a great time. It's a beautiful place with a gorgeous view and a great pool and deck area. The house itself is very well equipped and in good overall condition tough it is showing a bit that it is a pure rental (fading paint, a few lights that don't work, a mosquito net that would take some serious mending, etc.. nothing bad but not quite high end luxury). The area is very quiet. Overall, we liked it very much and would come again.

Bonjour Hugues, Tout d’abord j’aimerais vous dire que nous avons passé de très belles vacances à votre villa. Nous avons été charmés par la vue, La piscine, les installations et l’espace. Toutefois nous avons remarqué que la villa manquait un peu d’amour. Je vous fait ici une liste des choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas pour vous afin que vous puissiez regler ces petits irritants pour les prochains vacanciers: - l’eau monte rapidement dans la douche de la chambre principale. - la porte de la douche à l’étage ne ferme pas. - les matelas dans les deux chambre sont très inconfortables - le four ne fonctionne pas - la douche exterieur ne fonctionne pas - il n’y avait pas de linge pour essuyer les comptoirs, pas de sac à poubelle de rechange, et nous avons manqué de papier de toilette. - les pompes à savon ne fonctionne pas, sans compter qu’il y avait pas de savon à main. - pas de savon à vaisselle - les armoires de la cuisine sont défraîchies. - les serviettes sentent l’humidité et devraient être remplacées. La villa a beaucoup de potentiel et à mon avis en corrigeant ces petites choses, j’y reviendrais sans hésité. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, la villa est chaleureuse et il y a beaucoup d’espace à l’interieur comme à l’exterieur. Merci beaucoup! Hélène

très bon séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans cette maison, et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion venait à se présenter. La maison est spacieuse et dispose d’espaces bien séparés. La terrasse et la piscine sont agréables, le quartier calme, la vue très appréciable. Un tout petit bémol sur la propreté, malheureusement le ménage avait été fait très rapidement, les toilettes sentaient, les draps de bain neufs non lavés, nous avons dû faire un coup de propre avant de nous y sentir très bien. Aussi, nous aurions apprécié des jeux de draps supplémentaires, torchons, serpillère. Cependant ça n’a en rien gâché notre séjour, le contact avec le propriétaire ainsi que la gérante était très facile, tout s’est bien passé, merci !

Maison sur les hauteurs du diamant avec vue magnifique sur la baie
Notre séjour dans la villa ambre s’est très bien passé. La maison est très belle et bien aménagée. La terrasse est assez ventée mais cela a permis de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur et d’éviter les moustiques et surtout de profitez d’une vue magnifique. Seul petit bémol le Wifi qui est un peu lent mais à part ça rien à redire. On recommande!

Maison très belle, lieu agréable très beau sauf que nous avons eu des cafards pendant tout le séjour dans la cuisine, dans tous les meubles le lave vaisselle nous avons signalé à la gestionnaire qui devait ramené du produit le mercredi nous sommes partis le lundi aucun produit, des cafards dans tte la cuisine ; Piscine à vider pour nettoyer a fond ; la fosse septique qui sentait surtout quand on tire la chasse d'eau, nous l'avons signalé aussi soit disant il a été nettoyé ; douche dans la chambre du bas ne s'évacue pas convenablement ; grille pain rempli de cafard donc inutilisable ; frigo et congélateur qui ne refroidit pas comme il faut malgré au maximum ; coussins des fauteuils à remplacer car fatigué ; clim qui ne fonctionne pas ni dans la chambre du bas et l'une des chambres en haut ; et surtout voisine de gauche qui ne supporte même pas un fond musical ni que l'on parle trop fort appelle le propriétaire pour dire que l'on fait trop de bruit nous sommes obligé de rester à l'intérieur pour parler et écouter un peu de musique. Villa très ventilée, lors de pluie impossible de rester sur la terrasse, dommage. dommage nous ne pensons pas revenir car pas réactif pour les problèmes mais réactif pour demander de faire moins de bruits.

le nécessaire na pas été fait au niveau de la fosse septique alors pour se doucher nous sommes obligés de se douché dehors pour que l'eau remonte pas par la douche nous sommes obligés d'aller chez un ami qui habite à côté pour aller au toilette se n'est pas normal .mécanisme du wc de la chambre du bas fonctionne pas.le canal satellite ne fonctionne pas
