Nice and convenient hotel. Bus transportation was easy. Room was nice and clean, situated in a nice area, The front desk staff would need to improve, need to be more pleasent and helpful. Larry that works the consierge was absolutely brilliant and helpful, because of him my stay was pleasent.

We stayed for 3 nights 2 bedrooms room the entire place smell very moldy. The rug was so disgusting all over. In the room the tub and 2 sink were locked. You don’t even have a piece of paper to write . The room rug was so dirty that I told my girls to put their sandals and don’t be bare foot. The AC did not worked properly we even called and I told them at night was hot and the maintenance guy was “sorry that is all that u will get” . Around the pool you are not able to have no drinks, no food or snack even for kids. Not even donuts… we order food since we have the kids with us 2cups os apple juice and 2 soda 27 bucks the 4 chicken nuggets with fries 22 bucks come on !!!! In the beach they give you the chairs but the umbrellas are 25 even though you have a room in the hotel . Ridiculous!!!!! The only good thing around this hotel is the location. Across there are 3 shopping malls that just walking for a few 3-5 minutes give u a los of restaurants choices besides that stay away from here !!!!

The property is really outdated for the price. The service is excellent though. The pool is nice and the beach is beautiful. The carpets are dirty and need to be changed. Our table was broken in our room and again the carpet was gross. I thinking having to pay for parking is absurd considering the amount you’re already paying. Other than that it was great.

Location is great. They need to work on the service…. Staff are not so friendly. There is always something missing in the room. Keep in mind you have to pay for the chair and umbrella on the beach. It’s not included

Overall decent hotel, however we had a few issues during our stay. The phone was not working so any time I needed to reach hotel staff I had to use my phone. We didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed and we had to wait until 1 am before we got any. Next day the safe was not working and we asked for someone to come reset it as soon as possible since our money and credit cards were in it and we had dinner reservations. They didn’t show until 1 1/2 hrs later and me missed our dinner reservations. We also saw a roach in the microwave cabinet. We made the most of it and enjoyed our mini vacay.

The views were spectacular ocean front and outside pool area. That’s about all that I can say nice about the place. The rooms were dirty dingy and down right disgusting. AREA EXCELLENT , BUT HOTEL NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS, LIKE RECEPTION NEED TO BE MORE CLEAN , PEOPLE EATS AROUND THE AREA AND LOOKS LIKE FOOD COURT. Parking is on the other side of the street. Nice and courteous staff. Beach is steps away from the pool area. Rooms need updating. Coffee spot in the lobby was delicious.

The property is being renovated and unfortunately we got a room that wasn’t. We could see furnish was old and stained but on the other hand towels and linens were clean and smelling good, which is a big plus in my opinion. Location is excellent and the beach is really good. Pool area and bar also good. I would definitely come back but would like a renovated room.

We were told updated property , That was a Complete lie , Rooms are old , Roaches and Ice machines all rusted or Not working Except 8th floor , The smell or the birds and their crap was immediately as soon as you walk into hotel , We had roaches crawling on us at 2am , We complained and had to shake off all our cloths and pack everything up at 2am w3ith 2 kids at 2AM!!!! And be relocate our selves into 1 of the New rooms on 8th floor , Why werent we given this room from the start? No bellhop helped and we got no Money back , only a crap Compted ticker for 2 free drinks? They let too many outsiders in with day passes and they took up all the pool chairs.
