I arrived late (10:30 pm.) during the off season but there was a friendly and helpful member of the staff waiting to check me in. Check in was super fast and easy. The staffs were not very friendly and were kind of careless. I ordered some food to charge to my credit card, but they charged to my room again and sent me the bill. I email them the refund request and have not receive the response yet.
