We greatly enjoyed our time here! Room was spacious, clean, and the oversized shower was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and there was a convenient water refill station on the second floor in addition to a microwave and breakfast station on the bottom floor. The property is close to Point Pelee National Park and there is ample parking. Was perfect for participating in the Festival of Birds, getting to Kingsville, and close to Leamington restaurants. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I never stayed at a bed and breakfast before. The place is advertised as an Inn so I expected less intimacy. I was surprised by how well it felt. The room was very clean and you could tell someone paid a lot of attention to details that make a little vacation special. Another surprise was the bath. I am a shower person but the bath was divine. We had everything we needed for a good start of the day with breakfast. The property wasn’t attended by anyone and we didn’t get a code for the door. That was a shocker but a phone call solved the issue. I was disappointed to see a note on the gate leading to the backyard that not all guests were allowed there. We were not, yet that had been one of the reasons for booking this place. Anyway quite a few surprises but overall very good place, greatly recommended and appreciated.

This was a lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, ultra clean and had a little gratitude practice available to guests. While the bed and breakfast is self serve, the complementary items were healthy, easy and convenient. This is a lovely place with a lot of thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Leamington Ontario.

First the 5 stars: * This is a beautiful home * Well kept and very clean * The couple of times we had questions, we were responded to quickly and completely * We appreciated the tips provided (like where to eat) * Super comfy bed Now the 4 stars: COMPLETELY NOT THE FAULT OF THIS AIR B&B * Mad street construction and a new development underway just in front. This made enjoying the beautiful wrap around veranda, a little less enjoyable. There is no mention of these factors on the Air B&B posting. I'm not sure I would post it myself but... as a client, I was a little dissapointed.
