On a positive note, very clean property and convenient location. Our room air conditioning was broken and it was consistently hot in our room during a late autumn heat wave. But I guess there was a glitch with the booking system from Expedia and I have never received entry instructions prior, luckily when I arrived another guest had already done the leg work for me and got the contact information or else it would’ve been quite the frustrating experience. It’s my first bed and breakfast, but I guess I expected some staff on site, some sort of continental breakfast put out in the morning aka “breakfast” to coincide with “bed-and-breakfast”.. however there was a refrigerator with some bread in the freezer which I didn’t use. Currently there’s a lot of construction on the road, so all the noise and the constant backup beeping from the equipment had everyone awake at 7 AM… which of course isn’t the fault of the establishment.
