Bathrooms need updating, front desk check in person very rude, confusing on where to park and then how to get to check in from parking. Need better signage; bathroom facelift and staff that want to be there.

So much to do at the Caesar’s. Especially loved all the food options and variety there. Had such an amazing time with great staff, service, and everything. Took a little bit to find the parking initially do to size as well as confirmation desk, but hotel was everything we had thought it would be and more. Even had live performances/music on weekends.

Caesars Windsor was very upscale and presented itself as a high end Las Vegas casino. The pool and locker room area was very nice, the entire staff was very friendly. The only thing i didn't like was the fact i couldn't take my drink to my hotel room. I paid good money for it, and paid a lot of money to stay on property i don't see why i could not take my drink to my room. But that is a very minor complaint.
