“Quite disappointed with our stay at the Strand. Outlets didn’t work, shower would leak and cover the whole bathroom floor, bed and pillows were quite uncomfy. There is barely anybody ever at the front desk, the front door was locked on multiple occasions and we had to wait around for somebody to come open it.
