“Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price point. The property appears to be in the middle of renovations/remodeling, which significantly impacted the overall experience and atmosphere during our visit. While the resort has a lot of potential and could eventually become a great destination, it currently feels unfinished and not worth the premium cost. “Exterior and interior fire places were nice. A thorough cleaning and repairs of both interior & the screens should be considered, There was plenty of dry split wood, we brought a hatchet just in case we needed to make Kindling and we did. No big deal for us veteran VRBO families. The bedrooms were quite spacious and the two king beds were very comfortable.
