The staff were kind and professional. However the place seems to have run out of money for the upkeep. The towels were ratty and threadbare. Worse yet the bathroom was a health hazard! Mold everywhere. We were in room #2.

This is a 1 star hostel . The biggest problem is that the pictures don’t represent the property AT ALL. They are deceiving and untrue. There are no breakfast baskets orange juice, bright renovated bedrooms . This is a 2 star property with clean but very simple facilities, bedding , walls were old and stained , place was dark . It’s no a hotel and it seems , it’s a few scared rooms in a building , there was no sign to no what floor we were supposed to go to no one at the reception , we had to sen a message and wait for 15 minutes. it’s not a hotel as it seems on the pictures . Nothing to do with the Fourseason hotel Chain, Far from it . It you are looking for a super budget hotel centrally located this is fine. More for backpackers looking for a place to sleep . Felt safe . Just completely different than what the pictures are . There is no breakfast !!!!! They give you a voucher for a coffee and croissant at MC DONALD’s . Please remove the pictures where you show nice breakfast being provided as they are lies and you are deciding the customers . Change the description for the breakfast to what is actually is and voucher to Mac Donalds. In Italy the country of good coffee to give a coupon for McDonald’s Donald’s is an insult . I would never stay here again unless I was 20 years old traveling on a budget . $60/night was extremely over priced for what it is .

For some decency avoid

If you're on a budget and need something very central you may get lucky and have a decent room. Mine was terrible, not even hostel level, air con working poorly, no bed head and visible stains in the paint which made uncomfortable having the pillows so near, the mattress is with springs and uncomfortable, the furniture basic and old, the bathroom's rigid cover did not work properly and in the middle water was leaking while showering wetting the floor, the fridge was inside the wardrobe heating it to high levels and making it unusable because the air con could not possibly cope with that heat bomb, the door was originally with glass which they substituted with chipboard, same with some "windows" inside the room. They use different names to avoid bad publicity, when I booked there were only few positive reviews and now fourseasons/mirage has got plenty real reviews in July. The breakfast is in the nearby bar, one drink and one sweet pastry. The croissant are the frozen style, not good. The pictures are extremely misleading, I would have never booked it if they had put real pics of my room The welcoming was ok and the guy nice, finding parking nearby paying 1€ 1h until 21 was easy. The rooms are in a very central spot. Do not pay more than £45-55 for a room here during high season, wasted money. Please read reviews for the Mirage B&B yo get a better idea

Terrible experience

EN: The hotel—if you can even call it a hotel—does not have 24-hour reception. Breakfast is a voucher for McDonald's, which is about 100 meters from the hotel, where you can get one croissant and one coffee, with no refills allowed. Towels and bed linens were torn, and the room cleaning service did not restock toilet paper, which ran out during the night. They informed us 48 hours before check-in that the card provided for the reservation wasn’t going through (a recurring complaint in other reviews). I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to friends. PT: O hotel, se é que pode ser chamado de hotel, não tem recepção 24 horas. O café da manhã é um voucher para o McDonald's, que fica a aproximadamente 100 metros do hotel. Com ele, é possível pegar 1 croissant e 1 café, sem direito a repetição. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam rasgadas. O serviço de limpeza do quarto não repôs o papel higiênico, que faltou durante a noite. Informaram, 48 horas antes do check-in, que o cartão informado na reserva não estava sendo aceito (uma reclamação recorrente entre outros comentários). Não voltaria nem recomendaria a amigos.

Pessima esperienza . Mi hanno fatto andare in camera poi hanno cancellato la mia prenotazione chiedendomi di pagare un extra. I I La camera puzzava di fumo. Il materasso ultra scomodo. Ho chiesto che mi cambiassero camera assolutamente no. Personale poco cordiale edisponibile.

Abbiamo citofonato e siamo saliti per dare un'occhiata, le camere e agli ambienti e ci hanno colpito positivamente fin da subito, così quella che doveva essere una permanenza di una notte alla fine è diventata una mini vacanza di 4 giorni. Lecce è stupenda e questa struttura altrettanto.

Al check-in non si è presentato nessuno camera rumorosa senza nessun isolamento per il rumore delle strade Wi-Fi non funzionante letto e cuscini orribili notte passata in bianco non venite in questo Posto. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più e riposare Zanzare tutta notte e nessuna zanzariera alle finestre

Bra läge men i dåligt skick

Ligger bra till men är riktigt slitet coh dålig isolering så man hör ALLT som händer i huset och utanför. Fruksost består av en varm dryck och en croissant. Mögel i duschen och sängarna har sett bättre dagar. Fanns ingen handtvål och att få en temp på duschen som inte varm skållande eller isande gick mer eller inte i vårt rum. Men som sagt ligger bra till och de har öppet för incheckning under lång tid

Posizione particolarmente favorevole. Camera e bagno luminosi e puliti. Pessimo il servizio: lenzuola sfilacciate; lampadina rotta sul lavabo ed impossibilità di avere una sostituzione in 3 notti di soggiorno; impossibilità di avere nella struttura una bottiglietta d'acqua, solo al bar come il breakfast ridotto ad un buono per caffé/cappuccio e cornetto. Consigliabile per un soggiorno brevissimo senza pretese di servizi aggiuntivi, completamente assenti.

Ho pernottato solo una notte un paio di settimane fa in una camera grande e decisamente confortevole, con materasso molto comodo e con la giusta consistenza. Igiene e pulizia su ottimi livelli, molto buona l'insonorizzazione e prezzo buonissimo!
