"This hotel really needs improvements. smelled like smoke and mildew. the side door entrance was broken so anyone can walk in with using key as their way to unlock the door and enter. Very unsafe! I did not feel safe in this hotel with my children. was not a very good nights rest."

"Breakfast not good same thing every day some fruited breads bagel and eggs not really any impressive. They should have hot cereal on weekend or some sausage different.. coffee tasteless.. "

"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day the president will have a chance to stay there, but not me."

"This hotel delivered on all the basics - good mattress, decent room, nice amenities and safe. Just didn't feel it went the extra mile on anything. Good place to stay for a night or two."

"Every piece of furniture was broken. There was one chair, which was an old beat up office chair. It was a smoking room, and we were told to smoke on the balcony with no ashtrays and no chairs. The bed was hard and ancient. We asked for extra pillows and were refused. And to top it all off, there were cockroaches. Whomever gave this place a high mark had to be high on crack"
